Andrew attended his early education at the public schools and high school at Laing High both of Mt. Pleasant, SC. He worked after graduation in Charleston, SC where he gained his skills in the concrete business. It was with those skills that he was able to start his own concrete business in Jacksonville, FL. He has been a resident of Jacksonville, Florida for several years. He departed this life, November 14, 2019.
