Andrea Williams Obituary Andrea Marie Parson Williams was born May 4th, 1958, in Jersey City New Jersey to the late Sara Foxworth (Louise Singleton) and Fred Parson Sr. She attended various schools in New Jersey, but graduated from Baptist Hill High School in Charleston SC. Over the years she had numerous jobs, but what she loved to do was to care for children in her community. Her home was a safe space for many children and adults over the years. Andrea will always be known for her straightforward, shining personality that could brighten anyone's bad day. Her laugh, her smile, and her jokes were all that were needed on most days. She would help you figure out the rest. Andrea will truly be missed by everyone that knew and loved her.
