Andre Palmer Obituary Andre Cornelious Palmer was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on June 2, 1972 to the late Virginia Palmer and James Jenkins. He was the proud owner of Palmer Handyman Services, where he earned a great reputation throughout the city of Jacksonville for his remodeling expertise. On May 8, 2018 he married Donita Ford, the mother of 6 of his 14 children, three of which preceded him in death. Andre was a member of Resurrection Power and Life ministries in Norfolk, Virginia and a devoted brother within J S Coppock Lodge #190. Andre loved his family and was known everywhere he went to be the life of the party. He always offered a warm embrace or a handshake, and a smile. To know him, was to love him. He loved to drive through his hometown in Moncks Corner, SC, show his face and then disappear as quietly as he came in. To some he was a Superman, to others he was Mr. Cool, but his fondest title was Virgina Palmer's son! Andre leaves his eternal love to his father James Jenkins, paternal grandparents Camellia and Frank Palmer, Donita Ford (Wife), children Deshon Baylock (Son), Dazjah Ford (Daughter), Dyamon Ford (Daughter), Jada Palmer (Daughter), Jewel Palmer (Daughter), Stephen Perry (Son), Lauryn Perry(Daughter), Drenae Thomas (Daughter), Nevaeh Jenkins (Daughter), London Palmer (Daughter), Paris Palmer (Daughter), Taji Palmer (Son) and a bonus daughter Arshima Jiminez. Five sisters Viara Palmer, Carmeille Palmer, Charese Palmer, Velle Palmer and Trell Palmer. Two brothers Arthur Palmer, and Reuben Palmer. A host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, Brothers#190 and Friends! We will all miss him dearly, but he is now in the hands of his Heavenly Father and his beloved Mother!
