Willie Carter, Jr. Obituary Willie Lee Carter Jr. was born in Jacksonville, Florida on September 15, 1966 to Joann and Willie Lee Carter. Willie graduated from Robert E. Lee High School. He was well known in the community of Blodgett Homes. His passion was dancing and drawing. He loved fried chicken, mangos, and raw cabbage. Willie was energetic and out spoken. He always will lay on hearts. Anyone that came in contact with him felt love and joy. Willie was proceeded in death by grandmother Rosa Lee. Willie leaves to cherish his memories a loving and devoted family, 1 son Trashaun, 2 grandsons, 3 brothers Reggie/Candace Payne, Damarius, and Boxsome, 2 sisters Felicia and Sharon. Grandmother, Rosa Lee a host of nieces, special niece, Tierra, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. Devoted friend Kenya.
