Mr. Rickie Lee "Black Daddy" Wright, Sr. was born November 2, 1955, in Jacksonville, Florida to the late Dorothy Wright and Frankie Spicer, Sr. He attended Matthew Gilbert and graduated Andrew Jackson High school. He was well known in his community for singing. He was preceded in death his mother, Dorothy Wright; father, Frankie Lee Spicer; son, Rickie Lee Wright, Jr.; brother, Garrison Wright and sister, Naomi Wright. He is survived by his two daughters, Chevonna and Nicole Wright; son, Tiemeyer Thomas; seven grandchildren, ChaNiya Terry, Jaidyn Wright, Daniel Jordan V, KyEauni Wright, Kiahrri and Nicholas Jordan, and Journi Wright; siblings, Jacquelyn Lovett, Merca-Lois and Ralph Wright, Frankie Spicer, Tabitha Murray, Telicia Wright, Frankie Stokes and Minyon Spicer; a host of loving uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and sorrowful friends.
