Mamie Ruthetta Anderson

Ms. Mamie R. Anderson was born on April 17, 1943, in Tazwell, Virginia to Mr. William E. & Ruth E. Anderson. Ms. Anderson attended Tazwell County High School. She met and fell in love with Mr. John T. Mungin, JR. She was an active member of Household Of Faith Church. She was known in her community as Ms. Ruth and for being a great neighbor with a big love for her family as she impacted all the lives that she came in contact with. Oh, and lets no forget her love for B.I.N.G.O and how she would never allow nothing or nobody to stop her from going. Ms. Mamie R. Anderson departed this life and embraced her wings on June 22, 2017. She leaves to cherish her memories the love of her life, Mr. John T. Mungin, Jr.; daughter, Pamela Sheffield (Michael); son, Charles Anderson; sisters, Jaqueline Whitehead and Hattie Anderson; brothers, Ronald Anderson (Beverly) and Terry Anderson (Belinda); 5 grandchildren, LaTasha Lawson (Daryl), Shantil Sheffield, Jasmine Anderson-Floyd (Donald), Kiera Stringfield (Mike) and Peyton Anderson; 14 great-grandchildren, William Curtis, Ezekiell Curtis, DeShawn Floyd, Mykell Curtis, TreyVon Morene, Destiny Stringfield, Jaiden Morene, Landon Lawson, Honesti Floyd, Camiyah Cain, Desmond Lawson, Donald Floyd, Jr., Ethan Robinson and Malakhi Stringfield and a host of other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
