Larry Donnel Bruce Jr. “Count”  was born to Samuel Owings & Vernita Folson Mitchner in Jacksonville, Florida August 18, 1976.  Larry was educated by the Duval County Public School System.  Larry was preceded in death by his precious Grandmother Laura G. Folson and  Uncle Henry Folson.
