Frances Joella Jarallah

The Sun rose on Mrs. Frances Joella JarAllah on December 10, 1956 in Blackshear, GA to the late Woodrow & Leola Moore. She was loved by many and she cared for all. This was evident in her personal life as well her employment life as an employee of CitiGroup for over 44 years.

Over the limited time God gave us his angel, she made her family a priority above all.

As the Sun set on her September 24, 2018, she will be remembered forever in the hearts of her beloved family and friends as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother & sister. She is survived by her loving husband, Tajudin JarAllah; Two children, Lola (Eugene) Moore and Jaffar JarAllah; One grandchild, Laila Joelle Moore; Four sisters, Genesis Carey, Glendis (John) Huntley, Constance Gibson, Easter Stokes and by Cynthia (Michael) Welch; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
